Dating After 40: What’s Your Definition of Dating Success?

By R.L. Morgan For many women the answer to this question would be, “To find my next love/husband/mate.” I invite you to consider another possible definition. If someone were to ask you, “What is your definition of success in life?” you would probably not answer, “To find my way to death.” Both definitions focus on the end result, not the process. To the second question, you would probably answer something like, “To enjoy myself, laugh, grow, love, make a difference for others and live life fully.” You’d focus on enjoying the process, not on the end result. I believe the definition of successful dating needs to include appreciating the adventure. Not that all aspects of the adventure are thrilling. Think of a trip you’ve taken to a destination you really wanted to visit. Did you like all parts of your journey to Paris? What about the long plane ride or the taxi trip to your hotel? Most of us wouldn’t consider these experiences particularly pleasurable. However, if you engage your seatmate on the plane, catch up on your sleep, and/or read an enthralling book, the journey is pleasurable. Your trip from the airport can be interesting if you notice the people and architecture and query the cab driver on favorite non-touristy sites. It depends on what you make of the experience. I once had a grand time having a picnic in a Paris laundromat while doing my wash. Consider defining dating success something along these lines: “To enjoy meeting and getting to know some interesting men, broadening myself through new experiences, feeling the thrill of new romance, being willing to encounter the broad range of emotions from delight and love to disappointment and hurt, growing as a person and becoming more centered in what I want and who I am. And when the time is right, to meet my next long-term love.” With this definition, you are bound to be successful. And when you do meet your guy, you will be so enticing he won’t ever want to let you go. R.L. Morgan, “The Dating Goddess,” brings you her experience from the front line of dating after 40 — having dated 73 men in 2 years after her 20-year marriage broke up. Read her insights and lessons to help you date more effectively. She’s a bestselling author, Oprah guest, and speaker. Low Interest Payday Loans – Convenience of No Credit Check Personal Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Carrie_Reeder]Carrie Reeder When urgent situations arise and money is tight, a payday cash advance loan may provide you with enough funds until your next payday. There are many advantages and disadvantages to applying for quick personal loans. If used responsibly, payday loans can be a lifesaver. As long as an applicant is in a financial position to repay the loan, high fees and additional interest are avoided. What are Payday and Cash Advance Loans? Cash advance loans are very different from loans obtained from credit unions, banks, etc. Cash advance companies offer personal loans during a financial crunch. However, the process is much quicker than other lending institutions, the loan term shorter, and the loan requirements are simpler. Because cash advance companies offer loans to a variety of people with all types of credit, they must establish certain loan requirements. Nonetheless, their primary objective is to offer financial assistance, thus credit scores are never considered. Payday Loan Company Loan Amounts Each cash advance company has a different maximum payout. Most companies offer short term loans up to $500. On the other hand, several online cash advance companies approved loans with higher amounts. Be aware that the more money borrowed, the higher the loan fees. Loan companies charge a flat fee per $100 borrowed. For the most part, you may get a loan up to $1500 with no credit check or collateral. Loan companies that offer funds up to $3000 may request a vehicle title or other form of collateral. General Requirements for Cash Advance Approval Payday loan companies do not care about credit scores, income, or occupation. They simply want applicants who are capable of repaying the loan. Thus, those applying for a cash advance loan must have verifiable employment. Typically, employer needs to be the same for 90 days. All loan companies establish a minimum monthly salary, which ranges from $1000 to $1500. Because most cash advance companies deposit and withdraw funds, an active checking or savings account is necessary to receive funds. Try using one of ABC Loan Guide’s [http://www.abcloanguide.com/paydayloans.shtml] Recommended Low Interest Payday Loan Companies. The entire loan process is completed electronically. Therefore, the loan company will automatically deduct the loan, plus fees, on the due date. To avoid paying additional fees, the funds should be available for withdrawal within two weeks. Ten Insider Crocheting Tips

By Belinda MacKenzie The lovely art of crocheting and knitting is regaining popularity. More and more women are interested in making crochet items with high quality yarns and threads. It is a pleasure for the experienced crocheter to create an item with different yarn textures and colors. Here are some useful hints and directions to make crocheting easier. There are two kinds of crochet patterns: 1. Patterns in the form of a diagram with a short explanation of the symbols that represent the stitches to be used. This kind of crochet pattern is often used in Europe. 2. Written crochet patterns that explain which stitches are to be completed as well as the order of the stitches. This are the patterns mainly used in the US. Reading your Pattern: It is important to understand the abbreviations used in the pattern. Memorizing the abbreviations helps you to become a faster and more efficient crocheter. Ten crocheting tips: 1. Crochet patterns and instructions are worked in rounds or rows. It will be indicated on the pattern if you are working in rounds, rows or mixture of both. 2. All crochet designs begin with a foundation chain. For a straight piece of crochet it is a long chain and for a project that starts with a circle it is a short chain. The small chain is closed with a slip stitch”. Do not make a slip stitch into the first stitch. 3. Crochet patterns and instructions are generally ranked according to difficulty level being advanced, intermediate, easy or beginner. Choose a pattern with a difficulty level that suits your abilities. Increase your level of difficulty as your skill advances. 4. Hold the hook and the yarn so that it is comfortable in your hands to allow the yarn to flow without restraint. To ensure the correct size of your work you need to maintain an even pressure when crocheting. 5. Count the stitches that you have made as you go on with your work to monitor the stitches needed on each round or row as required by the pattern. 6. Count the number of chains at the beginning of each row to ensure the correct height and length for the succeeding row. This turning chain establishes the first or initial stitch of the next row. 7. Make a sample of the pattern to get an indication of the size. When the size of the sample turns out larger than indicated on the pattern use a smaller hook and when the size is smaller use a larger hook. 8. Pick up two loops from the previous row of the stitch at all times except when the pattern indicates to pick up either the back or the front loop. 9. A space is described as the interval between stitches. 10. On completion of your work, pull through a loop on hook one last time and cut the yarn and pull the end through. When you actually start a crochet project make sure that you follow the instructions as they are printed. Prepare your devices beforehand to ensure the smooth flow of your crocheting. Limit Your Liability to Protect Your Assets

By J. Stephen Pope If your business runs into serious difficulty, will it bring you down too? For example, what if one of your employees got involved in a serious car accident while working for you? Will the resulting lawsuit bankrupt you personally? Here are just a few ways of protecting yourself against catastrophic losses and lawsuits. 1. Obtain Adequate Insurance Coverage If someone slips on the sidewalk of your home and injures himself, he could sue you for damages. Your tenant`s or homeowner`s policy may cover you for liability in such an event. However, what if it is your customer who falls on his way to visiting your home-based business? You will need an extra rider on your house insurance to cover such incidental business use. The extra charge for this additional coverage is well worth it. If you use a car for business use, insure it for such. Some people think that they are being clever writing off automobile expenses for income tax purposes but at the same time not informing the insurance company that the car is being used for business. This is false economy. If you ever get into an accident, police and insurance investigators will certainly find out that you used the vehicle for business purposes. If you`re not paying for business coverage, why would the insurance company cover your claim? As well, what do you think an income tax auditor would think of your claimed business expenses on the vehicle when your insurance policy indicates personal coverage only? Avoid this additional exposure to tax liability. Be sure to obtain required workers` compensation coverage. Some have been held responsible for all the medical and other expenses of an injured worker, as well as fines for non-compliance to the law. These costs can be quite substantial and even bankrupt you. Consider obtaining product liability insurance. This applies not just for any products you manufacture but also for products you sell that are made by others. 2. Incorporate Your Business Insurance may give you some protection against loss. However, you may suffer business losses and lawsuits that may not be covered by your insurance fully. What then? An extra level of protection can be obtained by forming your own corporation. Even though incorporating yourself will result in extra paperwork and costs, it could be the best insurance you ever bought. This is because the corporation is a seperate legal entity or person. Even though you may own the corporation, if the corporation operates the business, it is the corporation that will be sued or suffer loss. If, for example, the corporation had severe business losses resulting in debts that could not be repaid, the corporation would be insolvent. You, as a shareholder, would lose your investment in the company but would generally not be responsible for any of its debts. Thus, you would not have to sell your home or other personal assets to cover the corporation`s liabilities. On the other hand, there are cases where directors of a corporation can be held responsible for liabilities if they didn`t act responsibly. You can`t hide behind a corporation, commit criminal acts and expect to escape accountability. For more information about incorporation, visit: http://www.yenommarketinginc.com/incorporation.html 3. Protect Yourself With Legal Agreements Properly drafted written agreements can protect you in many ways. First of all, they can sometimes prevent misunderstandings that can lead to legal problems. Secondly, they may limit your exposure to lawsuits and losses. Contracts can limit your exposure to liability by including provisions restricting the scope of your work and responsibility, having disputes handled by arbitration rather than through the Courts, and specifying that the maximum damages payable shall not exceed the amount of the contract. A special area to watch out for is the Internet. There are many laws that impact on websites including matters affecting children, privacy, earnings claims, and unsolicited e-mail (“spam”). Certain agreements and notices on your website may help to protect you. For more information about Internet law, visit: http://www.yenommarketinginc.com/internet-law.html Protect yourself from catastrophic losses and lawsuits. Take steps today to protect your assets by limiting your exposure to liability. J. Lowering Your Cholesterol the Natural Way

By Sally Evans When faced with the problem of high cholesterol and the need to lower it, some people default to the prescription drugs offered by their doctor. But what if you’re someone who would prefer to stay away from these and seek a natural alternative, which some believe to be safer. As an alternative there are natural cholesterol reducers. New research is always being carried out on naturally occurring substances such as herbs etc. and the medicinal values they offer. The results from this research demonstrate how effective they are in reducing the risk of heart disease. Let’s quickly understand a little more about what cholesterol is . Cholesterol is a white crystalline substance, C27H45OH, which is found in animal tissues and various foods. Its normally synthesized by the liver and is an important constituent of cell membranes and is a precursor to steroid hormones. Its level in the bloodstream influences the pathogenesis of certain conditions, like the development of atherosclerotic plaque and coronary artery disease. Hence, the need to keep cholesterol levels low. The first thing to consider when looking for ways of lowering your cholesterol naturally, is to remember that a healthy lifestyle is necessary. This healthy lifestyle includes adequate regular exercise and a diet full of nutritious and whole foods. Any medication whether prescribed by your doctor or a natural remedy is futile if you choose not to adopt a healthy lifestyle. So, even though you want to find a natural approach, you need to get up and exercise, and eat a well-balanced diet. This in itself can make the biggest difference to your cholesterol levels and relying on medication only, isn’t good enough if you want to ensure long-term health So, we’ve mentioned natural cholesterol reduces, but what are they? Well, theyre substances where their natural growth and development haven’t had human intervention. So in other words, they have not been made with the use of chemicals or pesticides. Garlic is the first one that springs to mind and is an important inhibitor to the development of arteriosclerosis, which is the build up of plaques of cholesterol in the arteries. Garlic also helps to prevent the recurrence of heart attacks. Fish oils are also known to reduce the occurrence of heart disease by as much as 45 percent as they contain omega-3-fatty acids. There are also spices that we would add to foods which are known to lower cholesterol. Curcumin, an extract of a curry spice (turmeric), is one of these. And if we dig deeper into the exotic spices, we find golgul gum resin. This is derived from the myrrh tree and reduces high cholesterol levels. Psyllium, which is a plant fiber native to India and Iran is another one. One thing you need to remember is that ogul gum resin, garlic and curcumin have only a limited effectiveness, as they only last approximately six months. For a longer-term effect, and better results, its suggested that you look for, whats called, endogenic supplements. These types of supplements are Beta Sitosterol, Beta Glucan, Chromax and soy isoflavones. Now you have a better understanding of how you can lower your cholesterol naturally it’s time for you to choose which natural remedies youre going to take. But most importantly, I encourage you to get exercising and to eat more pure, wholesome food. A Prophetic Warning For The Western Churches:A Walk Through The Prophetic Parables Of Jesus

By Matthew Robert Payne The shaking in coming! Just Imagine God the Father Almighty is speaking here below. It’s a funny thing to behold two dirty children shaking a fruit tree on a farm that they don’t own. They are too young to reach the fruit and yet with a little effort they jump from a fence and grab hold of a branch and shake the fruit loose and scurry to the ground and collect it all in their shirts and hurry off down the road with their catch. My Son taught that he was the vine and that his followers were the branches and He taught that those who bear much fruit will be pruned so that they bear more fruit, and also those that do not bear fruit will be cut off and cast into the fire. I find it quite amusing to see how pastors and teachers around the world using the same Holy Spirit can come up with such diverse doctrines and teachings. I find on one hand people that want to remain in bondage to feast days and to the Holy days and all points of the Jewish Law and yet other camps want to deny the Law and teach we are saved by grace and nothing else. I find that some people find it really easy to pick promises like Jeremiah 29:ll For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. and they will not only quote it out of context but also they will claim that they can claim this promise without it’s conditions mentioned later on, but these self same people cannot accept the other prophecy in the Old Testament that is due to be fulfilled. People will claim they have the fruit of the Spirit and that they are bearing fruit, but even the unsaved have the qualities and fruits of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5.:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. People think that My Son wasn’t speaking the truth when He talked about the tree that would not bear fruit and where the farmer was convinced to try one more year with fertiliser. When are My prophets going to warn the church that I am coming soon and I will only be taking those who are bearing fruit? See John 15: 1 I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. He that does not bear fruit and abide in My Son is thrown into the fire when he dies: John 15: 5 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. He that abides in My Son walks just like my Son. 1 John 2:5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. How many teachings do I have to quote of My Son for you to accept the idea that some people who claim My grace but do nothing with it are going to miss out? What about the older brother of the prodigal son? He didn’t enter the party and the feast of the father! What about the five foolish virgins who did not enter the wedding supper? Are the foolish ones not saved? Are the branches of my Son’s vine that are not bearing fruit not saved? Is the prodigal sons brother not a child of the father that was faithful to a point? What about the man in the feast that didn’t have the right robe on? Was he saved by grace and a person who did not use that grace to overcome? What about the sheep and the goats? Are the goats simply people that are saved by my Sons grace and yet do not show mercy to the hurting and the poor in their midst? There seems to be this teaching that abounds that people cannot lose their salvation. People teach that a one paragraph prayer can save the life of a sinner forever and that sinner does not need to truly repent and turn away from sin! People seem to think that the parable of the sower is all about salvation. I see it preached that way in many churches around the world. So who are those who are choked by the weeds, the love of the world and its riches? Are they not sinners saved by grace but refusing to come out of the world and be set apart? The only people that bear fruit are the people that separate themselves for Me and my purposes. Don’t you know that friendship with the world is making yourself and enemy of Me? Didn’t I have James write that? James 4:4 4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. What about the talents? Do you think someone that is given my grace to overcome, who does not invest that grace and do good works for my kingdom is going to heaven? Why don’t people understand the parables? What about the Good Samaritan? How many broken, beaten up heroin addicted people do you have to deny your money and your grace to before I would call you a goat? Do you think the hurting in your city deserve your hand up? Or aren’t they your neighbour or brethren? Do you think you can say no to the poor that ask you for money when my Son commands you to give to everybody who asks? Do you think you can sue your brother in court and my Son teaches that you shouldn’t? Do you think you can pay a tithe and deny the poor in your midst? Do you think you can disobey my Son’s commands and still be considered my friends? I say not! John 15: 14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. John 14:21 21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. Judgement comes first to the church! I am going to pour out my judgement on the church of Laodicea and I am going to shake the West and I am going to start to collect the true fruit bearers. Like a Son stealing into another man’s farm and shaking a tree for the ripe fruit, so I am going to shake the vines and take the fruit that is mine and go away. The Bridegroom is coming and much of the Western church has lost its oil. Wickedness not only abounds in second marriages and in incest and in abortion among my people, but they vote for governments that allow it to stay as part of the modern law! The prophets are crying peace peace, peace, when there is no peace for the wicked. The wicked are not only those who know no better, but the wicked are those who refuse to be set apart and come out of Babylon! Sure I love my bride. I love my true people who hate the world and its lusts. I love my remnant who really feel like aliens and pilgrims in this modern world. I am not a God who follows modern teaching or popular myths of doctrines of demons. I abhor violence and I hate hypocrisy. If you can’t see Me about to judge the West and see My word in the Old testament in the prophets mouths well stop claiming the Psalms and Proverbs as promises! My Word is not a buffet where you can pick and choose what you like! My Word is not a sweet word for an evil people who deny Me and my Son’s teaching and strengthen the hands of wicked men! My word is still a hammer, my word is still a fire and I am still the Jewish God who will raise up enemies to attack a people who have turned from me and my statutes! Am I God that changed? Do you think My Son would not go through some of your modern churches with a whip! Of course you might not print this warning. My prophets are rejected all the time! There is a storm coming, My hand is raised to judge, who is going to warn the people? Who is going to teach that a servant needs to deny the world and its lusts? Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, Galatians 5:24 And those who are Christs have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another. Who is going to get true revelation on my Son’s parables and how they speak of a great shaking and a separation! You think the tares are not believers? You think the wolves are not apostles and prophets with huge ministries? You think you can say you love my Son and say He is Lord and yet deny what he taught? You fool yourself! Now my servant and unknown fool is going to bring judgement on the false prophet! Now My simple man with no Bible college education is going to bring My word to the people! Do you know My voice? I hope you can see my concern for the deceived and the wolves who are seducing them! Help Me! Spread this Word! Poetry in Weddings: Let me Count the Ways

By Joy Cagil Since most weddings are romantic and poetic, poetry has been attending them for more than two millenniums. Epithalamiums, first wedding poems of the western world, were sung by Greek and Roman poets outside the happy couple’s room. During the fourteenth century the poems became more sophisticated and this change eventually led to the writing of wedding poetry by well-known poets like Donne, Jonson, Herrick, and Edmund Spenser. Spenser wrote his famous “Epithalamion” to his young bride Elizabeth Boyle for his own wedding ceremony. “Epithalamion” starts with: “YE learned sisters which haue oftentimes beene to me ayding, others to adorne:” 430 lines later the poem ends with: “Ye would not stay your dew time to expect, But promist both to recompens, Be vnto her a goodly ornament, The Irish, also, blessed a marriage with ale and this blessing. “May the road rise to meet you, May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, The rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand. May God be with you and bless you; May you see your children’s children. May you be poor in misfortune, Rich in blessings, May you know nothing but happiness From this day forward. May the road rise to meet you May the wind be always at your back May the warm rays of sun fall upon your home And may the hand of a friend always be near. May green be the grass you walk on, May blue be the skies above you, May pure be the joys that surround you, May true be the hearts that love you. During the eleventh and twelfth centuries, Spanish Jews wrote some notable poems on matrimonial themes, and in Italy, during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, Jews and Christians offered to the couple wedding poems–sacred, romantic, or in riddles–commemorating the occasion. These poems–some one hundred lines long–were often commissioned by the rich to the famous poets of the day to be luxuriously illustrated and handwritten in calligraphy on parchment. The wedding riddles were given to the guests several days before the wedding to give people time to solve the riddles. In old China, most of the wedding rituals were performed with a lot of writing exchange between the two families. Also, quoting from the I Ching during the marriage ceremony was customary. ” When two people are at one in their inmost hearts, they shatter even the strength of iron or bronze. And when two people understand each other in their inmost hearts, their words are sweet and strong, like the fragrance of orchids.” In India, wedding poems are not only written by the couple to each other but also by the people surrounding the couple who bless them and tell them the importance of marriage in their own words. As part of the entertainment, old wedding poems are also sung the couple’s friends and family to the accompaniment of sitars and other Indian musical instruments. In most Christian weddings, this piece from the Bible from the Corinthians 13:4-8, which can be considered a prose-poem, is read. “Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.” In Catholic weddings, sometimes people read their poetic thoughts or sign a wedding scrapbook adding their lines of poetry. In view of the history of wedding poetry, if wooing, pleasing, and luring your partner to eat out of your hand is your aim, why not compose a poem for your wedding day? After all, a poem is communication in its most attractive finery and it shows that you are paying special attention to that special person; therefore, the most meaningful wedding gift you can give to your partner can be a poem of your own creation with your individual tone of intimacy. A Russian Bride: Why Having One Could Drastically Improve Your Life

By Olga Lebekov Men are interested in marrying a Russian bride for many reasons. First, a Russian bride will typically be very beautiful. Because of this, they are generally highly regarded. A Russian bride will generally try hard to keep herself beautiful (even after marriage) it doesnt only come naturally. Because of their upbringing, these women are very focused on their physical appearance. They are concerned about dressing themselves nicely, and making sure that they look presentable all the time. They stay on top of their appearance weight, hair, clothing, and mannerisms. Many of these ladies were brought up in a very traditional role. They balance the needs of their husband with their personal needs. Many embrace the responsibilities of being both a wife and mother. What is sometimes thought of as old fashioned to Western women is normal to a Russian bride. They typically take care of a lot of the domestic tasks cooking, cleaning, dishes, laundry, etc., especially if not working full time (the situation is different otherwise, naturally). Most Russian women are highly educated. Many of them have college degrees (in fact, Russia has the highest educational level in the world, with over 40% holding a college degree). They have an extreme interest in remaining intellectual reading books, going to museums, and visiting the theatre. They usually enjoy talking about deep subjects. Philosophy is one of their mandatory classes in school. A Russian bride is able to easily adapt to new environments, given their intellect and eagerness to constantly learn. A lot of Russian brides know multiple languages, and excited to keep learning more. A Russian bride is typically very romantic and sensual. She is also generally very feminine, healthy, passionate, and thankful. Olga Lebekov is a Russian woman who coaches men on how to have successful partnerships with Russian women.
